Devotees of Sri Lankaramaya helped to buy the property adjoining to the temple, 15 Pukeora Road, aiming to build a community/conference hall and other necessary facilities for temple and community activities. New Zealand Sri Lanka Buddhist Trust currently in the process of planning the development program.
